JOB INFORMATION / REQUIREMENTS |
Job Purpose / Summary | Responsibilities include but not limited to soliciting and attending insurance requirements of Orix Metro Leasing & Finance Corporation (OMLF) assigned to - To develop and strengthens professional relationship with Orix Metro.
- To develop professional relationship with prospective and existing clientele.
- To solicit new business, cross-sells and up-sells products
- To monitor and update all claims filed by Orix partner/assured.
- To call and follow up renewals to Orix partner/assured.
- To submit monthly updated production report to Orix branches.
- To call personally and update our assured on the latest progress of claim.
- Monitor Receivables (Update, Validate and Ensure Payment of Policies).
- To conduct quarterly Kamustahan with our Orix branches, Cluster head,
Area head and Region head. MAJOR ACTIVITIES: SALES PROCESS: - MAPPING OF ASSIGNED AREA

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT - PROPOSES STRATEGIES TO HIT THE BUDGET & PENETRATE ASSIGNED CHANNEL OR AREA.
- COORDINATES CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL UNITS & ALIGNS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS TO BUILD A PROFITABLE
RELATIONSHIP - IDENTIFIES POTENTIAL SOURCES OF BUSINESS
- PERFORMS MARKET STUDY, IDENTIFIES TRENDS, COMPETITOR SCANNING
- BE THE INSURANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TO CLIENTS AND CHANNEL PARTNERS
- ASSISTS CHANNEL PARTNERS & CLIENTS WITH ALL INSURANCE RELATED CONCERNS
- CROSS-SELLING OF OTHER INSURANCE PRODUCTS & SERVICES

VISITATION | - Ask for referrals
- Get the information of the loan boroower/clients.
- Complete name, address and contact number.
- ORIX will inform their client about AXA and the SO assigned to solicit accounts for Non-Life Insurance.

| - Graduate of any (4) four- year business course.
- Attended Basic Non Life Seminar & Advance Insurance Courses
- Preferably with experience in marketing, sales, account management and business development.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Has good Interpersonal skills and excellent customer service orientation.
