POSITION SUMMARY
This role will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for efficiently managing their inquiries and needs, as well as coordinating with different departments to ensure an effective resolution of client issues.

  • Communication: Effective communication both internally and externally is a key dimension. This includes maintaining clear and professional communication with clients as well as ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing within the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to solve customer issues proactively and efficiently is an important dimension of the role. This involves identifying and addressing customer concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Information Management: Keeping client contact information up to date and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions is another important dimension of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the single point of contact for all clients.
  • Manage and effectively resolve client inquiries and requirements.
  • Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure a comprehensive and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage and keep client contact information up to date.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer inquiries and provide thorough and accurate information.
  • Escalate unresolved customer issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to convey feedback, suggestions, and concerns.

Su Perfil

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in customer service, client management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience in executive accounts management
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to efficiently manage customer interactions, inquiries, and data
  • English - B1+
