Responsible for all business assigned to the team book of business. Acts as training mentor for all members and offers guidance and assistance on account issues. Resolves workflow issue and works to resolve communication issues between team mates, UC/BDC, UC/NSC, and UC/Engineering. Ensures team is in compliance with all underwriting policies and standards as well as workflow initiatives and procedures. Oversees Fac & QST placement on accounts. Facilitates weekly team meetings to discuss accounts, workflow, communication, etc. Handles at least one of the most challenging customers of team. Has a level 4 binding authority.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in operations is required
  • 5+ years of experience on an underwriting team is preferred

The salary range for this position is $101,600-$149,100 plus opportunity for company bonus of up to 12% of eligible pay. In addition, the company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
